Yes, Club Members can purchase additional Casual memberships to receive further entries into a draw. Xclusive Club Members receive a discount on Casual Memberships based on their membership level.
Casual Club Memberships are available for a one off payment where you will receive access to the members portal and receive free entry into the current giveaway.
Once a membership is cancelled, access to the members portal will cease at the end of the billing period, and all accumulated giveaway entries will be forfeited.
If you WIN an Xperience Prize and are unable to attend on the dates specified, we will either work with the winner to identify if any alternate dates are available or you can transfer the prize to someone else who is able to attend.

Once the draw is closed, we will send you out your entry numbers via email to the email address you have supplied upon signup.
The draw date will be advertised on the specific promotion T&C’s. The draw will be conducted within one month of the Promotional Period End Date, however we will normally aim for this to be within one week.

If you are the winner of one of our Runners Up Prizes, you can select from our list of Xperience Partners to whom we will transfer your prize amount to be set up as credit. This can then be spent however you like, directly with our Xperience Partner.
